Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on DORA. The role is set up as a hybrid position requiring physical presence on-site two to three days per week. A key part of the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide support in data-related matters. The work also includes monitoring data flows to ensure transparency and accountability, as well as managing data handling processes related to data entry, storage, and retrieval of information in the Third-Party ICT Contracts Register and the DORA Regulatory Traceability Matrix.

The assignment also involves mapping the data required for the register, such as which entities use ICT services and how ICT applications are linked to business products and services. The role further entails continuously monitoring and improving data quality, accuracy, and completeness, as well as documenting and proposing methods, routines, and standards for data governance. The assignment thus covers work with data related to the Third-Party ICT Contracts Register and the DORA Regulatory Traceability Matrix.

Required Qualifications

• Good experience with Power BI, including connecting to large datasets, processing and modeling via Power Query and Power Pivot, creating relationships, and developing interactive reports for publication on internal Power BI report servers and use in management reporting.
• Ability to structure and prioritize tasks and plan time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in gathering information and registering it in the DORA Register of Information (RoI).
• Knowledge of data security and regulatory compliance, including data encryption and access control.
• Familiarity with the RoI Technical Implementing Standards (ITS) and practical experience working according to them.
• Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, including formulas, advanced functions, and Power Query.
• Proficiency in English.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders are considered advantageous. Additionally, the ability to analyze data-related problems and develop effective solutions is a plus. High attention to detail in ensuring data quality and accuracy is also viewed as a merit.
