About the role

We are now looking for service-oriented and engaged individuals for our clients throughout the Stockholm area!

In the role of Service Advisor, you will be the face of the workshop and an important representative for the car dealer. With your professional handling and knowledge, you build trust with customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

You have primary responsibility for contacting the workshop's customers throughout the entire service process. You provide support and guidance, ensuring that every customer receives a friendly and professional welcome, while ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Scheduling customer visits to the workshop via phone
• Receiving and handing over vehicles
• Guiding customers on technical matters
• Handling payments and invoicing

Once you are settled in, you will also work with warranty cases and handle customer complaints. You will also be responsible for the workshop's daily operations, productivity, and planning of the mechanics' work. The work is primarily carried out in the workshop's business system as well as via phone and email.

Qualifications

You work in a structured manner but are also flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a good ability to solve problems.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience within service and thrives in customer-facing roles, preferably from the automotive industry, for example as a Service Advisor or Customer Receptionist
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Hold a valid B-driver's license

It is an advantage if you have worked in the automotive industry previously in a similar role and have experience with systems such as Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, or Winassist.

Application and start date

The position is full-time with a start date as soon as possible. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, with varying shifts between 07:00–16:00 and 09:00–18:00.
