Job Description

We are currently looking for a service-oriented individual to start immediately at one of our clients in northern Stockholm. As a customer receptionist/service advisor, you play a crucial role at the workshop. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries regarding their service needs. A key part of the job is always providing a friendly and professional reception while ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled.

Your duties will include booking customers into the workshop via phone, receiving and handing over vehicles, and handling payments. Your work will be conducted using the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in some form of service, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry.

Previous experience working with cars or a strong interest in vehicles is considered a strong merit, but it is not a requirement.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start. You will receive a secure employment contract with Starfinder, along with a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career. There are very good chances of being hired directly by the client company.
