We are looking for an Area Manager with Customer Responsibility
We are currently looking for a new colleague as an Area Manager for our office in Stockholm. In this role, you are the link between our Service Assistants and the customers in the area. With responsibility for customer engagement and quality, you play a key role in customer satisfaction and continued trust. You handle scheduling, staffing, and schedule optimization, making you a key person in the daily lives of our employees; your planning creates the conditions for our Service Assistants to thrive and do a really good job. You work closely with your colleagues in the team, and together you have significant influence on the development and profitability of the business in the area. In your interactions with people, you are inclusive, respectful, and warm, ensuring that both customers and employees feel safe and trusting.
Responsibilities — you will:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Plan and follow up on quality controls
- Drive and lead efficient staffing planning and schedule optimization, including handling of substitutes, in collaboration with colleagues at the office
- Manage and administer customer contracts, changes, and terminations in our business system
- Drive profitability within your area of responsibility
- Actively contribute to the office and business development
- Handle customer support cases
- Create upselling opportunities
- Participate in upselling work, market processing, drive sales activities, and participate in events and networking meetings
- Care for other tasks related to customers or the business

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Previous experience in sales, customer contact, and administration
- A natural ability to build good relationships, with joy and engagement
- Good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME
- Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Good communication skills
- Driver's license
About the position
Your working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur, mainly in connection with internal training.
The team currently consists of several internal officers, Salespeople, as well as Team Leaders and Service Assistants. Together, you work hard and willingly – to become Better Together.
Location: Home office, Solna Stockholm
Employment: 100%, 6-month probationary period.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
