In 2024, we launched a completely new and exciting store concept – Telenor Shop in Shop. Our first store opened at Costco Stockholm and has been a success ever since! Now we are looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and continue to create a world-class customer experience.

As a salesperson at Telenor, you meet customers every day and help them find the best solution for their needs – whether it concerns mobile subscriptions, broadband, or our latest products and services. To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You must also be a student with at least 6 months remaining in your studies. Previous experience in customer contact, such as in customer service or sales, either over the phone or in a store, is also meritorious. If you also have basic knowledge of sales techniques, we see it as a big plus.

This is where we help our customers get a better subscription, the latest hardware, or fix billing issues.
