About the role

As a Business Developer within the Property Business Area, you will become a key part of our continued growth and business development. You will work with selling technical property services to customers in both the private and public sectors.

The main focus of the role is proactive sales, where you actively identify, process, and develop new business opportunities. Through systematic and goal-oriented sales work, you build a strong pipeline of potential customers and drive business dialogues. With your technical understanding and business sense, you help customers find efficient, sustainable, and long-term value-creating solutions for their properties.

The role has a clear focus on business development and bid production. You drive the business process from first contact to finished bid and work closely with the operation's specialists to ensure attractive, feasible, and profitable solutions.

Examples of tasks

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Process and establish new customer relationships
• Lead and coordinate bid processes
• Develop customer-specific solutions within technical property operation and FM
• Participate in tenders, negotiations, and customer presentations
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Property Business Area's offerings

We are looking for three business developers based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.

We are looking for you who want to combine business and property technology

You are driven by creating business, developing relationships, and seeing the results of your work. At the same time, you have an understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities within the property industry.

You are:

• Result-oriented, self-initiative, and responsible
• Brave and enjoy creating new customer contacts
• Business-minded and skilled at identifying customer needs
• Communicative and express yourself well in Swedish and English
• Structured and used to driving business from start to finish
• Passionate about building long-term relationships

We also look for:

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and bid work
• Documented experience in creating, developing, and winning business
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Post-secondary education in technology, property, or business development (meritorious)
• Experience in complex service sales (meritorious)

To succeed in the role, you also need:

• A technical background or several years of experience from the property industry
• Good understanding of property operation, technical management, and installation
• Ability to translate customers' technical and business needs into competitive solutions

To succeed in the role, you need to understand the technical functions of properties and business-critical needs. Therefore, experience from the property industry is a requirement.

• Probation period: 6 months
