Lifts All AB is a leading Swedish supplier and manufacturer of lifting equipment for industry, warehousing, and pharmaceuticals. The company works to improve working environments by replacing manual lifting and reducing work-related injuries.

The operations in Stockholm encompass sales, design, and production under one roof, creating close collaboration between the different parts of the business. As a Buyer, you will work closely with production, design, and logistics, playing a key role in ensuring the material flow to the company's customized solutions. We at Asta Agency are collaborating with Lifts All in this recruitment process. This is a parental leave replacement position for 12 months, with a good opportunity for extension or permanent employment at Lifts All. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at Lifts All.

As a Buyer at Lifts All AB, you are responsible for purchasing through the company's business system, Monitor. The role includes analyzing purchasing needs, handling supplier inquiries, updating supplier registers, placing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, planning purchases, and optimizing inventory levels. You will become part of the Supply Chain team, which, in addition to this role, consists of the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, as well as the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator.

In this role, you primarily purchase direct materials for production. Since Lifts All works largely with customized solutions, the purchases need to be carefully planned and well synchronized with ongoing orders, design, and manufacturing. This means you will have many internal contact points, primarily with production, design, and logistics, but also ongoing dialogue with suppliers.

Contact with suppliers is a natural part of the role and may involve supplier inquiries, follow-up on deliveries, and updating supplier registers. As needed, you may also be involved in supplier selection and evaluation based on quality, price, and delivery precision.

We are looking for you who have previous experience in purchasing and thrive in an operational role with many contact points. To succeed in the role, we see that you are responsible, structured, and unpretentious. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and enjoy an environment where purchasing, production, design, and logistics work closely together.

As a person, you are proactive and have a good ability to create order in your work. You enjoy working in a team while taking responsibility for your own tasks and driving them forward. Since there are dogs in the office, you also need to be comfortable in a dog-friendly work environment.

Additionally, you have:

• Previous experience in purchasing.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious experience:

• Experience with the business system Monitor.

• Technical interest or technical understanding.
