We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented salesperson with experience in Information Management, ECM, and DMS solutions, or other B2B software sales.

As a Salesperson within Information Management, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities and existing customers by building long-term customer relationships and driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. You work with modern information and document management solutions that create clear business value for our customers.
Your main responsibilities
- Active new customer acquisition and prospecting
- Manage and develop existing customers
- Sell solutions that help companies streamline and automate their document and information management.
- Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and presentations
- Drive and follow up on deals throughout the entire sales cycle
- Collaborate with technical specialists
As a Salesperson within Information Management at Citedo, you will have the opportunity to work closely with companies and organizations to understand their information flows and business processes. You help customers streamline their operations through modern ECM and DMS solutions, while also gaining insight into how organizations work with IT, printing solutions, and conference technology.

Person Profile
We are looking for you who have documented experience in B2B sales and thrive in a role where you get to drive business, build relationships, and create business value for your customers. You have previously worked with sales within ECM/DMS, Information Management, or related software solutions and have a good understanding of how customers' business processes work. If you also have experience selling invoice management solutions, we view this as a merit.
As a person, you are self-motivated and enjoy taking responsibility for the entire sales process – from identifying new business opportunities to driving the deal to completion. You work in a structured manner, are results-oriented, and are motivated by achieving set goals. At the same time, you are a strong relationship builder with a clear business drive and the ability to build trust with both new and existing customers.
You also have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, where you can switch between planning and developing businesses in the long term and working actively in daily sales activities. The role suits you who want to combine business development, customer dialogue, and sales in a dynamic and forward-looking environment.
