About the role:

Our client is currently looking for a driven accounting consultant to take on a central role in a newly established firm. You will work broadly with ongoing accounting tasks and maintain close contact with clients in your daily work.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, takes responsibility for their tasks, and wants to help build structures and routines from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations
• VAT declarations and reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency
• Customer invoicing and monitoring of accounts receivable
• Assistance in preparing annual financial statements
• Payroll administration
• Ongoing customer contact and financial advisory

We are looking for someone with:

• Educational background in economics/accounting, or equivalent experience
• Practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• A preference for working in an entrepreneurial environment where quick decisions are made
• Comfort in an environment where you help establish routines and processes
• System experience with Fortnox and Hogia (or similar systems)
