What you will do here

• Drive the entire recruitment and consulting process – from needs analysis to offer and closing.
• Take on a sales-oriented role where you process new and existing clients.
• Proactively search for, attract, and present qualified candidates.
• Create and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop our recruitment and consulting business and contribute to improved processes.
• Work in a data-driven manner and use modern tools (including AI) to streamline search and candidate matching.
• Follow up on candidate experience and customer satisfaction.

Your team and workplace

You will become part of Ada Digital. We are an experienced team of 10 people today. We are located in beautiful and central premises at Hötorget in Stockholm and collaborate closely with our parent company TNG, where we have our colleagues in marketing, finance, HR, and key account sales. We also work together with our sister companies Invici, Mesh, ToFindOut, Tengai, and Signpost.

We truly value our culture and cohesion, as well as work-life balance, which is why we work in a hybrid model. We expect you to be adaptable based on client needs and that you are happy to be in the office at least a few days a week.

About you

We are looking for someone who is fast, innovative, and goal-oriented, and who truly has a passion for recruitment/consulting business and sales! You have previous experience recruiting roles within IT/Tech, or related areas – preferably with a network within tech and digital roles. Experience with search, outreach, sourcing, and relationship building is a plus.
