RESPONSIBILITIES
As a preschool teacher with us, you play a key role in driving and developing the pedagogical work in accordance with the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschool. Together with your colleagues, you create a safe, joyful, and inspiring environment where children's curiosity, participation, and learning are at the center.
You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching, and document and develop the operations as a natural part of systematic quality work. At Möckeln Preschool, we actively work with children's influence and view children's thoughts, ideas, and interests as a natural starting point for teaching.
Here, you will encounter close collaboration between departments and an engaged work team that takes responsibility for the whole. In our daily routine, ICT, singing, movement, and aesthetics are important forms of expression in children's learning, and we work based on the municipality's theme of sustainable development.
During the upcoming school year, we will participate in "Läslyftet för förskolan" (The Reading Boost for Preschool), which gives you the opportunity to deepen and develop teaching together with colleagues. You also have access to strong support around the operations through a pedagogical developer, a lead preschool teacher with an ICT focus, and special educators who contribute to the daily work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher and want to help create a meaningful and developmental daily life for the children in our preschool. You have a good understanding of children's learning and development and feel confident in your pedagogical role.
You are a person who enjoys collaborating and contributes to an open and positive work climate. At the same time, you take initiative and drive the work forward with a clear focus on quality and goal achievement. You easily build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, and always consider the best interests of the children in your decisions and actions.
We also see that you have a genuine interest in outdoor activities and appreciate spending time in nature as part of the learning environment. You work in accordance with the preschool curriculum and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and have knowledge about work concerning the best interests of the child, with a focus on early and coordinated interventions for a secure upbringing.
With us, you become part of an operation characterized by engagement, willingness to develop, and collaboration. Here you have the opportunity to influence, grow in your professional role, and contribute to something meaningful every day.
