About the Workplace
Hjortsbergskolan is centrally located in Ljungby. We are a multilingual school with approximately 280 students in grades F-6. Our after-school care program has 3 departments with approximately 120 children. We have newly built facilities, a new sports hall, and are close to a swimming pool, ice rink, and library.

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who wants to work in Swedish as a second language for grades 4-6. The position involves working with full and half classes as well as in smaller groups with newly arrived students.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a certified teacher who is qualified in Swedish as a second language for grades 4-6. You are a pedagog who:
- Can work together with others, but also independently.
- Has the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Is solution-oriented, engaged, and flexible.
You have an interest in creating accessible teaching for each student and very good skills in spoken and written Swedish.
Terms and Application
The position is a permanent employment and is current subject to necessary decisions being made. The Child and Education Board wants to utilize the qualities that an equal gender distribution, ethnic, and cultural diversity bring to the operations.
