RESPONSIBILITIES

Tävelsås School is an F3 school (preschool class) with approximately 75 students, located about one mile south of Växjö. The school is organized into two work teams: F3 and the after-school center (fritidshem). Currently, there are two after-school departments.

We are a small school where everyone knows everyone. Together, we take joint responsibility for creating a safe and supportive environment where students receive good education and the best possible conditions to achieve good results.

We are now looking for an after-school teacher for our after-school center at Tävelsås School. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for creating good conditions for a high-quality after-school activity and ensuring that the education in the after-school center maintains a high standard.

The work involves jointly planning, implementing, and following up on activities based on national curricula and the school's goals. You work from a full-day perspective, where school and the after-school center together contribute to the students' security, well-being, and knowledge development.

The position is fixed-term with an employment level of 80%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with a specialization in after-school centers.

You have a positive view of students and are, as a person, secure and engaged. You are flexible, have good teamwork skills, and can work both in a team and independently. You have a good ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
