Haganässkolan is located in Älmhult in Småland, right on the border with Skåne. We have approximately 1,150 students and offer a wide range of programs, including university-preparatory and vocational programs, introductory programs, IB programs, Swedish for Immigrants (SFI), adult education, and adapted upper secondary school.
Haganässkolan is more than just a school. It also features a gym, sports facilities, and a swimming hall. Our goal is to give our students the knowledge, courage, and strength to shape and meet a better future.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher with us, you will teach mathematics and possibly one or more other subjects in the upper secondary school's national programs and introductory programs.
Your second subject should preferably be a modern language (German or Spanish), photographic imaging, media/graphic communication, or technical subjects.
You plan your teaching in collaboration with other teachers and participate in joint assessment prior to grading. You actively participate in our development work and in collegial learning. We are looking for a professionally skilled teacher who is enthusiastic, collaborative, and creates a good climate in teaching. We value that you spread joy in work and contribute to solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a certified upper secondary school teacher with eligibility in mathematics and possibly one or more other subjects for upper secondary school. As a teacher, you need to have good pedagogical skills and be able to adapt teaching to the needs of the student group. You need to be able to collaborate, have good communication skills, and have a positive attitude. The role of teacher also requires that you can plan and structure your work effectively.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required before employment. We recommend applying for the extract in advance if you are called for an interview.
