We are now looking for two qualified teachers for the after-school program who, together with us, want to take the next step in the development of Strömsnässkolan's after-school program. Your new job

In the role of teacher in the after-school program, you will have an active and significant role in strengthening and further developing the business together with colleagues and management. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the business with the curriculum as a starting point. You will help create an inspiring, safe, and educational leisure time for the students and work with an inclusive approach where you meet each student based on their needs and conditions. The position also involves collaboration within the school.

Qualifications

• You are a certified teacher in the after-school program, or have other equivalent education
• You are well acquainted with the governing documents for the after-school program and can put them into practice

Merits

• It is an advantage if you have experience of driving or contributing to development and change work

Who are you?

We are looking for you who want to be part of developing the business. As a person, you are secure and clear in your leadership. It comes naturally to you to create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians, and you take initiative and contribute with structure and development. You have good pedagogical insight and adapt the teaching to the students' needs, and you see the strength in collaboration and build on what already exists.

The position is a permanent employment at 75–100%.
Start date according to agreement.
Extract from the police criminal record is required before employment.
