RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop our after-school center? Then you can become part of our dedicated team at Söraby School!

We are now looking for a creative and driven teacher for the after-school center who wants to contribute to creating a meaningful, safe, and inspiring after-school activity for our students. In this role, together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for one of our after-school departments. You will take an active responsibility for the planning, implementation, and development of the activity. The work takes place in close collaboration with the work team, where you jointly plan, follow up, and evaluate the activity based on the students' needs and the goals of the governing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree/teacher certification as a teacher for the after-school center. You exercise clear leadership and work systematically based on current governing documents and a professional approach.

We are looking for you who:

• have good insight into the mission of the after-school center and base your work on each student's needs and prerequisites.
• have a good ability to create trusting relationships.
• are flexible and have good collaboration skills.
• are responsible.
• have a desire to develop the activity and yourself.
• are qualified to teach physical education for 1-2 positions.
