We are currently looking for a teacher specializing in adapted primary school education for Svenstavik School.

Responsibilities

As a teacher in our adapted primary school, you will handle all standard duties associated with the role. Together with the work team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful and adapted teaching, with the students' development, learning, and influence at the center. We strive to ensure that every child feels safe and has the opportunity to grow based on their own prerequisites.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree in education and are trained as a teacher, preferably with a specialization in adapted primary school. Previous experience working within adapted primary school is also valued. You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and curricula, and have a good ability to translate these into practical work.

We also expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license for passenger cars (Category B) is required.

Bergs Municipality is a Sami administrative municipality, so we consider knowledge of South Sami language and culture to be meritorious.
