About Us

Mosippa Preschool is a multicultural preschool with six departments. The child is always at the center here. Our preschool is fun, secure, educational, and equal for all children. We believe in the competent child. With a positive view of children and high expectations, we meet every individual with curiosity, engagement, and respect. Here, children get to explore the world through language and play, in an environment where the joy of learning permeates the entire day.

Language is a red thread in our education. Through a conscious language-developing approach, we create rich opportunities for children to express themselves, think, investigate, and understand their surroundings.

Common Tasks

• Work to ensure that every child feels security, belonging, and participation in the activity.
• Plan and carry out goal-directed processes that inspire development and learning, while stimulating and challenging children's interest and curiosity.
• Create meaningful learning opportunities based on children's needs and interests, so that every child gets to develop based on their own abilities and prerequisites.

Your Competence

Requirements

• Educated and licensed preschool teacher.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Good knowledge of the school's steering documents and the ability to translate these into daily work.
• Previous experience within preschool.
• Good computer skills, as well as experience working with digital systems aimed at preschools.

We are looking for you

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher and want to help develop our preschool and make a difference for every child. You are a present educator and a linguistic role model, with a genuine curiosity about children's thoughts and learning. You value the meeting with the child, catch their questions, and build further on their ideas.

You have a relational approach and create trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. With your empathetic ability, you are sensitive to people's differences and see diversity as an asset in the pedagogical work. You have a holistic view of children's development and learning and work to create secure, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.

You are flexible and can adapt to the needs of the activity and children's different prerequisites. You take initiative and drive development forward, while having a strong ability to collaborate and actively contributing to a positive and developmental work climate. You work equally well independently as together with others and see the value in sharing experiences and learning with colleagues.

How the recruitment process works

In this recruitment, we will ask you for an extract from the criminal record register.

Interviews may take place on an ongoing basis. We want you to attach a CV and cover letter to your application. Grades/certificates do not need to be sent with it. We ask you to complete this if an interview becomes relevant.
