We are now looking for you who want to make a real difference in a young woman's life!

You will work as a personal assistant to an autistic girl with a great need for structure, security, and understanding. The work requires a calm and empathetic approach – the applicant must be low-affective, patient, and responsible.

We are looking for you who have:

Experience working with people with autism
Good physical health – the work involves many walks
Driver's license and access to a car
Non-smoking lifestyle
No mental health issues (as this can negatively affect the user)
Ability to start the workday at 06:45
Age 20 or older

Advantageous:

Knowledge of Sign Support (TSS)

You will become an important part of a small team working closely with the user and her family. We place great emphasis on personal chemistry and continuity. The work is meaningful, varied, and requires both presence and sensitivity.

The position is a summer vacation substitute but starts as a temporary hourly position with the possibility of a permanent position after the summer. Appointments are made on a rolling basis.
