At our preschools, we create a developing work environment together where employees have the opportunity to influence and develop.

Our preschool has four units and is located in an area close to forests and playgrounds. To explore larger areas in Sala, we have an e-bike available. Here, all educators have time for individual and team planning. At Emmylund, we have good cooperation and are solution-focused. Good food is prepared in the kitchen by a trained chef.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a positive attitude, are cooperative, and have clear leadership skills.

• Have a child's perspective in all work.
• Have good knowledge of systematic quality work and pedagogical documentation.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Have training in sign language as support.

Job Responsibilities

Teaching children aged 1–5 years. Together with us at the preschool, you will help develop our operations by planning, implementing, developing, and evaluating the preschool's activities based on our goals and governing documents. Together, we work to create a secure operation that is fun, stimulating, and challenging.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher degree or a teacher degree with eligibility to teach children aged 1–5 years. We want you to have good knowledge of ICT, pedagogical documentation, and project-based working methods. Personal suitability is highly valued. If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, we offer mentorship.

Terms of Employment

Fixed-term employment until October 31, 2026.

Start date according to agreement.

Individual salary setting.

Requirement of a police certificate upon offer of employment. This according to the law on register control in school, leisure, and preschool activities. The Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register, RPS 442.5 (14-01-14).
