Our educational activities are located in our three urban areas: Ramnäs, Virsbo, and Surahammar. This includes preschool, preschool class, comprehensive school, adapted comprehensive school, after-school centers, and youth clubs.

Hammarskolan is a development-oriented and pleasant school located in Surahammar with easy access to public transport. Within the school grounds, there are two main buildings, a cafeteria, a sports hall, an artificial turf field, and an ice rink. The school has adapted rooms for PREST subjects as well as Science and Mathematics (NO) teaching. We have a special education group as well as a smaller support group. We have a maximum of 24 students per class. At Hammarskolan, you will be part of an organization where we work in work teams and subject teams. We actively work to develop our students and our teaching. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who are a Home Economics teacher for teaching in grades 7-9. You will meet young people daily in a very exciting and developmental phase of life. As a teacher, you will teach inquisitive teenagers where you can influence and inspire students to deeper knowledge within your subjects, while guiding them towards their future. The assignment includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching and following up on students' learning. In addition, you will collaborate with colleagues for the development of the student, the group, and the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a teaching license with eligibility to teach Home Economics. You are a clear leader who has structure and good pedagogical skills in teaching. We want you to have high expectations and a belief that all students can succeed. As a teacher, you adapt the teaching based on each student's unique prerequisites and see school development as a natural part of the teaching assignment. You can motivate students to achieve good results in schoolwork by clarifying the goals and knowledge requirements. You find it easy to find forms of collaboration and see the work team as an asset. We place great emphasis on the ability to create personal relationships.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a certificate of residence together with an ID document.
