What does the role entail?
As a supervisor or job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching of our participants who are seeking employment or need support to start their studies. It is important that you are driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-focused, with experience in supervision. You will actively help participants find work by recruiting employers into our internal employer database. Networking is a major and important part of the daily work to achieve our goals.
The position is a part-time (50%) temporary assignment during weeks 30–32, with an introduction period a few days during week 29. The location is our office in Gothenburg. There is also an opportunity, if interested, to work as a hourly employee for future leave, sickness, etc.
You must meet the following requirements according to option 1 or 2.
Option 1
You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) and fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
You have education in one of the following areas:
- Working Life
- Organization and Human Resources
- Study and Career Guidance
- Business Administration
- Psychology
- Behavioral Sciences
- Social Sciences
- Pedagogy
- Occupational Therapy or Social Work education
- Or in similar fields
As an applicant, you must have at least two years of full-time equivalent work experience. Part-time work may be accepted if the total accumulated hours equal two years of full-time work. Studies and work experience must be certified.
Option 2
You have a post-secondary education of at least one year and speak and write fluent Swedish.
You have at least three years of full-time equivalent work experience in one of the following areas:
- Team Leadership with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition work for job seekers
- Study and Career Guidance
- Case management in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
- Work with working life and labor market issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career Guidance
Work experience must be certified.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are meritorious.
