Personal Assistant Wanted for Woman in Borås – Day and Night Shifts

We are currently looking for a reliable, calm, and responsible female personal assistant for a woman in her 70s living in Borås with her husband.

The woman uses a wheelchair and needs support and assistance throughout her daily life. The role involves being a close support in everyday life, helping with personal care, intimate hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, transfers, household chores, and other daily tasks.

Since the work involves a significant amount of intimate care, we are specifically looking for a woman for this position.

Working Hours

The shifts are scheduled as follows:

• Day Shift: 09:00–21:00
• Night Shift: 21:00–06:30, with standby/on-call time

The position may involve both day and night work according to the schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and empathetic. You should be able to adapt to the user's needs and daily condition, while also taking initiative when necessary. It is important that you are respectful, responsible, and understand that the work takes place in the user's home.

We prefer candidates with previous experience in personal assistance or similar care work.

Requirements for the Position

• You are female
• You speak Persian
• You have previous experience in personal assistance
• You are calm, adaptable, and proactive
• You can provide good references from previous employers
• You can provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record check)
