We are now looking for a secure, thoughtful, and responsible female personal assistant for a wonderful woman in her mid-30s who lives in her own apartment in Ulricehamn. You will become an important person in her daily life and help her live a secure, active, and content-rich life.

About the Client

The client has personal assistance during all waking hours and sleeping on-call duty at night. She attends school and day activities on weekdays and loves finding things to do outside the home. She enjoys outings, coffee breaks, meeting friends, horse riding once a week, and swimming every other week.

As an assistant, you accompany her to activities and provide support both at home and outside. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy being active with others, like animals and nature, are not allergic to horses, and are comfortable being with her in the bath.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you help the client with most things in daily life, including:

• Personal hygiene and intimate care
• Dressing and undressing
• Meals
• Mobility and transfers
• Communication, as the client does not communicate verbally
• Documentation and regular contact with colleagues, manager, and healthcare contacts
• Support at school, day activities, and leisure activities

You work primarily alone with the client, except for shorter periods during certain activities. Since the job involves helping the client with communication and documentation, it is very important that you have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Working Hours and Degree of Employment

The position is a temporary contract of approximately 75% for an unspecified period, with the possibility of a permanent position later on. Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Day shift: 08:00–17:00
• Evening/Night: 17:00–08:00
• 24-hour shift: 08:00–08:00

Nighttime is waiting time/sleeping on-call duty.
