Job Description

We are growing and need to strengthen our team with an engaged and driven colleague in Vårgårda who wants to contribute to NearYou's continued development. In the role of Candidate Manager, you hold a key position where you balance strategic and operational tasks. You are responsible for daily recruitment activities, including screening, interviews, reference checks, and follow-ups, while also taking a broader view on how to secure the right competence in the long term. A key part of the role is driving development forward. You analyze needs, identify skill gaps, and take the initiative in developing strategies to attract, build relationships with, and secure access to the right candidates over time. You build, develop, and maintain our candidate network, including our pool of on-call staff. Through this, you contribute directly to our delivery—for example, by ensuring availability in critical competencies, strengthening our pool staffing, and creating a stable and flexible foundation for our client assignments. We are looking for someone who not only follows processes but also develops them. You contribute structure, drive improvement initiatives, and help shape how we approach candidate experience, networking, and workforce planning moving forward. You are part of our local team in Vårgårda. At the same time, you have a natural affiliation with our central team of Candidate Managers, where you are expected to actively contribute with experiences, insights, and development ideas. You are confident in your skills, take ownership, and have the ability to drive your work forward with structure and clarity.
