Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our team at Hogia Fastighetssystem in Stenungsund.
About the roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will provide qualified support for our cloud-based solutions – primarily our property management system "Din Hyresvärd", but also Hogia's accounting and payroll products.
You handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and our case management system, ranging from user support to deeper troubleshooting and reconciliations. The role requires both an understanding of business needs and an interest in the technical functions of the systems.
Our product is developing rapidly, which means you will continuously build new knowledge and develop your skills over time. In the long run, there is also an opportunity to conduct training and simpler consultations with our customers.
Your responsibilities- Guide customers on user and system issues via phone, email, and case management system
- Troubleshoot and analyze economic-related and technical issues
- Stay updated on new features in our cloud solutions
- Contribute to the team's shared knowledge development
- Have relevant education or a few years of work experience within economics
- Enjoy working with problem-solving and customer service
- Have previous experience in similar support services
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Are curious, technically interested, and want to develop together with our products
If you have experience with Hogia's own accounting systems, or perhaps a property management system, that would be of extra interest to us.
