Before an interview, we ask you to prove your right to work in Sweden by presenting valid documents, such as a Swedish passport/ID card, residence permit (EU), or residence and work permit/LMA card (non-EU). According to the Act on Register Control, you also need to present an extract from the police criminal record (Extract for work with children with disabilities) if you are to work with minors. About Cornelia

Cornelia is a happy, curious, and social three-year-old girl looking for a secure and caring personal assistant who wants to be an important part of her daily life. She enjoys books, stuffed animals, swinging, and stroller rides – especially when interesting things are happening around her.

Cornelia can crawl and move with the help of aids, but needs support, stimulation, and encouragement in her development. She receives all nutrition via tube feeding and has challenges with keeping food down, which means she needs a present and attentive assistant.

About the Position

Cornelia has personal assistance at preschool, and we are now looking for a personal assistant who can accompany her at preschool Monday–Wednesday from 08:30–13:30.

We are open to the possibility that the position could be structured with longer working shifts, for example, starting at home around 08:00 and having longer working days than until 13:30. However, to be considered for the position, you must be able to work the times Cornelia is at preschool, i.e., Monday–Wednesday from 08:30–13:30.

There is also an opportunity to work more if interested, for example, through longer days on preschool days, other weekdays, and weekends. The setup is adapted in dialogue based on what suits both you and the family.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, secure, and has a calm and patient approach. You are inventive, caring, and respectful, and enjoy working with children and making a difference in someone else's daily life. The most important thing is that you have your heart in the right place and can be there as a secure support in both play, development, and the small and large moments of everyday life. Experience with children, care, or healthcare is meritorious but not a requirement.

There is a cat in the home, which means you need to be comfortable around pets.
