We are looking for a new team member to join our wonderful group. You can expect to meet a friendly and supportive staff.

Bikupan is a school for grades 7-9, characterized by having the student's learning at the center. Development work is carried out to maintain good and high quality. On the unit, you will find a positive climate where we work to create security and operate with a strong "we" mentality. The school is multicultural, and working in a language-developing, relationship-building, and compensatory manner are important cornerstones of the school's pedagogical activities.

Together, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning through knowledge, challenging teaching, communication, and creativity to make a difference for oneself and others, now and in the future. Our pedagogical activities are based on scientific grounds and give strength to learning and development.

At our school, a positive and engaged staff works with the students' best interests in mind. Collaboration takes place through joint planning time, work and subject teams, as well as overarching cooperation within the unit. The students' knowledge development is put in focus, challenging each individual student according to their abilities.

The teaching teams are organized by grade level, and each team is supported by a special education teacher.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who want to work with our wonderful students in French and Swedish/Swedish as a second language. We are looking for you who are qualified and licensed, flexible, positive, and have the ability to clarify goals and expectations for the students. We expect good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
