We are now looking for a new colleague with a strong work ethic to assist a 23-year-old young man. We are looking for you who see long-term development in building a relationship with the customer.

Music, walks, and reading books are the young man's interests, and you appreciate the same. You should retain a childlike spirit but not be childish.

The customer appreciates assistants who dare to be themselves and with whom he can laugh, sing, and have fun. Positive and cheerful people are sought!

The recruitment primarily concerns positions at approximately 80% full-time equivalent, and we are also looking for hourly substitutes.

At our company, you will work in the home of a young man with an ultra-rare syndrome. Autism is part of the syndrome, as is severe visual impairment. This means we are looking for you who can work in a structured manner and have a very strong understanding of communication and preparations for all moments during the day. You should be quick-thinking and creative in your thinking.

Work shifts vary between day, evening, and weekends, and large parts of the day consist of double assistance. The shifts are scheduled 09:00–19:30 and 10:00–21:30. You must be able to work both shifts. Since large parts of the day involve double assistance, you will have strong support from a colleague, even as a new employee.
