About the role

At Aleido, you are trusted, given ownership, and work in a role where you make a real difference. As a TA-Partner, you are our internal recruitment expert and the person managers turn to, trust, and want to have with them in the process.

We are in an exciting transition that requires more than just doing what we have always done. We need to test new channels, dare to rethink, and adapt quickly – and it is you who drives this work forward.

What you will do

• Drive recruitment processes independently – from requirement profile to signed agreement in close collaboration with the manager
• Build trust with hiring managers and be their natural conversation partner
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience through competency-based methods
• Find the right people via LinkedIn, job portals, and channels we have not yet tested
• Follow up, analyze, and continuously refine how we work with TA
• Support the HR Manager with adjacent HR tasks: onboarding, benefits, student relations, and employer branding

Who you are

You have a few years of experience in in-house recruitment and know what it means to be a credible partner to managers. You are curious about where the industry is heading, follow trends, and thrive taking responsibility without waiting for someone else to set the framework.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably within tech or the service sector
• A Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent background
• A couple of years of experience in similar roles
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is a parental leave replacement for approximately 1 year, starting in September 2026.
