TUC is a University College provider that runs programs and courses on behalf of the Swedish Authority for Higher Education within:

• Construction, infrastructure, and real estate

• Healthcare and social work

• Hotel, restaurant, and tourism

• Technology, manufacturing, operations, and maintenance

• Economics, administration, and sales

• Culture, media, and design

• Data and IT

What do we offer? At TUC, we offer you a workplace where change and growth are part of everyday life. In your role as Education Manager, you take overall responsibility for all stages of the education, with contact areas both externally and internally. You plan and structure the education, contact relevant industries, and meet with companies to further develop the education. You work broadly to strengthen both your own and TUC's network in the region and increase awareness of the opportunities that the university college offers to working life.

A large part of your daily routine is filled with contacts with our students, whom you coach and support in their studies in your role. You have close dialogue with the education consultants responsible for the actual teaching and work actively with working life and cooperation organizations to develop the education and build your and TUC's network larger and broader.

You base yourself at the office in Växjö, but the work involves visits or travel on duty, albeit to a limited extent. Your closest manager will be in Jönköping. We apply a 6-month probation period as standard.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who already today have a well-developed network in Växjö and the surrounding area. As a person, you are used to meeting different types of companies and industries and are good at making contacts, but also have the ability to build long-term relationships over time. We become a bit extra curious if you have an existing network within the manufacturing industry.

As a person, you are confident in yourself, your leadership, and your values. You are development-oriented and thrive in a varied role. You have a well-developed self-leadership and a high ability to organize and drive your own work forward. Seeing solutions and communicating with different target groups is something you are really good at, while also having good administrative skills.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing. You have experience with and enjoy working with digital tools and business systems.
