Job Description

Västerås Yrkesgymnasiet is looking for a certified vocational teacher for the Vehicle Program, specializing in Passenger Cars. Here, students learn a trade from the ground up on real workplaces with experienced supervisors. In this position, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge. More than half of the students' education takes place at a workplace, giving them a stable foundation and an advantage in the job market. Our students are prepared in the best possible way for their future professional lives with the support of their supervisors and dedicated educators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in Vehicle and Transport subjects - specialization in Passenger Cars.

• Is an excellent communicator and team player who can act as a bridge-builder between school, students, and industry.

• Has a B driver's license and preferably access to a personal car.

• Has the ability to work independently while being team-oriented, collaborating with colleagues to best prepare students for their future professional lives.

Qualifications

Teaching certification is required.
