We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children.
• Have rhythm and timing naturally in your body.
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or babysitting).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned lesson structure, meaning all exercises and games are carefully planned. As a leader, you can then focus entirely on spreading wonderful joy in movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

✨ You simply get the most fun part-time job in the world, giving you experience and credentials in working with children's groups.

📅 Employment Information:

• Hourly employment.
• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Passes are scheduled on Sundays between 15:00–17:00.
• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

You will receive more information via a potential phone interview.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) a preschool teacher education or similar. It is an advantage if you have studied the arts program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training. This is not a requirement; the right personality is what matters most.
