The role of teacher with us

We work in teams where joy in work, curiosity, and collaboration are essential. You will work in grade 1 or 3 in close cooperation with your team. At the school, we work with subject-didactic collegiums, meaning that teachers together plan, evaluate, and analyze teaching. The main purpose of the subject-didactic collegium is to create the best possible conditions for students' learning and development, based on the students' needs.

Your profile

You have a genuine interest in creating, maintaining, and nurturing good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. You are a role model for others, inspire and motivate, and have personal care as a starting point in your work and in your relationship with your colleagues. Naturally, you strive for a work climate characterized by openness and always having the students' best interests in mind. You take initiative and bring new approaches to work-related issues. You are responsible for and drive your work towards goals, see opportunities in changes, and prioritize tasks effectively. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified teacher with qualifications for grade 1 or 3

It is an advantage if you have:

• broad subject qualifications
• experience in driving school development
• experience in developing accessible learning environments
• knowledge of developing relational leadership

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent full-time position (holiday service) with start in August or as agreed.
