About the operations

Landeryds School is a preschool to year 6 school with just under 100 students. Our operations are characterized by a close and family-like atmosphere where all students know each other and where all educators have good knowledge of all students. We have a well-established collaboration between grade levels as well as between the school and the after-school center, which creates a cohesive and secure learning environment. Our operations are permeated by active values-based work where participation, responsibility, and respect are in focus. At Landeryds School, we work together and take joint responsibility for the whole, with the student's best interest at the center. We are now looking for new employees who want to help develop our school further.

Job responsibilities

In the role of teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching in grades preschool to year 3. The work involves planning, implementing, and following up on teaching with the work team as an important starting point. You work collegially and actively contribute to creating an stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students are given the best possible conditions to develop and reach their goals.

Qualifications

For the position, we are looking for you who are engaged in your assignment and want to contribute to the school's joint development. You thrive in a smaller operation where flexibility and collaboration are crucial, and you have the ability to adapt your working methods based on the operation's needs. You are a clear leader in the classroom, work structured, and have good knowledge of the school's governing documents. Furthermore, you are a positive, initiative-taking, and relationship-building person who has a holistic view of the students' learning and development.

We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:

• Licensed teacher for grades preschool to year 3 and good knowledge of the school's governing documents
• Preferably qualification in Swedish as a Second Language (SSL) or experience working with multilingualism
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to work flexibly and adapt to the operation's needs
• Clear leadership, good structure in teaching, and the ability to create trusting relationships with students and guardians
• Good digital competence for documentation and as a natural part of teaching
