Vallaskolan is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) located on Frösön with approximately 570 students. The school is beautifully situated on Frösön with magnificent views of the mountain landscape. Vallaskolan's goal is for every student to reach their knowledge goals, feel safe, and enjoy their time at school.
We place great emphasis on learning and development for both students and staff. We work with careful follow-up and evaluation to develop the school based on research and proven experience.

Responsibilities
Work as a class teacher in grades F-3.
- Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in grades F-3.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to develop teaching within the subjects.
- Collaborate with the work team regarding students and teaching.
- Participate in our systematic quality work regarding the development of teaching towards our goals in knowledge, safety, and well-being.
Qualifications
Licensed teacher for grades F-3.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good IT skills and experience working with digital tools in teaching are meritorious.

As a person, we are looking for an engaged teacher who wants to help create a safe, inspiring, and developmental learning environment for our students. You are flexible, empathetic, and have an easy time building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a clear and secure leadership style, creating structure and calm in the classroom while meeting each student based on their individual needs.
