We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Loves working with children.
• 👉 Has rhythm and timing naturally in your body.
• 👉 Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively has a long sports background and has led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all sports courts, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can focus entirely on spreading wonderful movement joy!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

✨ You will simply get the most fun part-time job in the world, giving you experience and qualifications for working with children's groups.

📅 Employment details:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Saturdays, 09:00–10:00 at Fagervallskolan Gymnasium Hall.
• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

You will receive more information via a potential phone interview.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) a preschool teacher education or similar. You may have attended the arts program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, undergone other dance training, or similar. This is not a requirement to apply – you may still have the right personality.
