About Trafiko and the role

At Trafiko, we are transforming the driver's license industry, both for students taking their tests and for the instructors who teach them. In a short time, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driver education, with driving schools in 35 cities across Sweden. Students study theory nationwide via our website and app. In total, over 30,000 students are educated annually with Trafiko.

We have successfully offered driving lessons in Västerås over the past year. We now want to expand our offerings to meet our students' demand and are looking for you to join us on this journey as a driving instructor.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by adapting education to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient approach. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Approved driving instructor license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Merits

• Experienced in using digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
