RESPONSIBILITIES

Ulriksberg Preschool – an inspiring learning environment for both children and educators. We are looking for you who are an engaged and licensed preschool teacher and who want to become part of our team at Ulriksberg Preschool. The preschool is multicultural, with language development and inclusion in focus. We work in large work groups with education distributed across two floors. Our youngest children are downstairs, and the older ones have their learning environments one flight of stairs up.

Teaching is organized in smaller groups for most of the day to give each child the best possible conditions for development and learning. To get to the forest and nature, we use our cargo bikes! These give us the opportunity to easily go on outings, which is a natural part of our pedagogical activities.

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with children and who want to contribute to ensuring that every child develops and learns in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. As a preschool teacher, you play a central and important role in the children's learning. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the teaching with a focus on, among other things, language development, social interaction, and a sustainable preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher and are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.

To succeed in the role, we think you are team-oriented and enjoy working in a team, while also being confident in working independently. Furthermore, you take responsibility for the children's best interests in their education as well as for your own continuous competence development. Your work is characterized by a positive and inclusive approach.

You have good digital competence. Completed basic training in Unikum and experience working in this learning platform are considered meritorious.
