Job Description

The duties include supporting MDU's agrivoltaic research group with activities ranging from supporting agricultural research to installing and maintaining sensors, performing data analysis, and conducting energy system simulations.

Qualifications

Only those admitted to undergraduate or advanced level studies at Mälardalen University can be employed as teaching assistants. Employment as a teaching assistant is regulated in the Higher Education Ordinance, Chapter 5, Sections 8–12.

We are looking for you who have completed and passed the course Solar Energy (ERA125).

You must also have:

• good oral and written communication skills in English,
• good knowledge of programming in Matlab or Python,
• good knowledge of solar energy and practical experience working with solar energy systems,
• good knowledge of Arduino or equivalent for working with agrivoltaic sensors in the field.

For this position, you must be able to work independently, have good collaboration skills, and a professional and service-oriented attitude.
