About the Role

As a Back Office Support at YKK Sweden, you will play a key administrative and supportive role in our daily operations. You will work closely with the sales organization and serve as a central point of contact for both customers and internal functions.

This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, administrative environment with significant customer interaction. This is a fixed-term assignment for 12 months, with good prospects for extension.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order processing in business systems
  • Administrative support to the sales team
  • Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Follow-up on deliveries and order status
  • Managing shipments and dispatching samples
  • Coordination and general back-office administration
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

  • Proficient computer skills (Office suite; experience with business systems is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
