About the Unit
Our group home is located in a beautiful natural area in Lerum with excellent transport connections and proximity to public transport. The area also features a small grocery store and several good lunch spots, making the workplace both pleasant and easily accessible.

Here, adult residents aged 30–50 live with varying needs for support in their daily lives. At our workplace, you will encounter joy, commitment, and strong relationships – both with residents and colleagues.

You will lead a small, highly competent, and cohesive work group. The team is characterized by:

About the Role
As a Group Manager, you work both operationally and administratively according to a rotating schedule: day, evening, weekend, and on-call. This means you are a role model for your colleagues, and through your strong commitment, you create a good work climate in the group every day. You provide the conditions for your work group to maintain good relationships with the unit's clients and their families.

As a Group Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations, including:

• Leading, developing, and motivating employees in daily work
• Ensuring high quality of care according to current legislation and guidelines
• Responsible for staffing, planning, and work environment
• Working closely with both residents and staff
• Driving development work focused on quality and participation
• Having personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and participating in developing and securing the quality of operations in accordance with Nytida's pedagogical framework
• Support is also provided by a pedagogue at the unit

Your Experience and Knowledge
You have appropriate education within care and social services, as well as experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support, low-affective interaction, and experience in personnel management. A driver's license is required.

You have a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping people in your group grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and cooperative. You have the will and ability to steer and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and economic frameworks. You are proactive and sensitive to the needs of care recipients and have a natural respect for other people.
