We are now looking for a driven and confident leader who wants to take responsibility for our Customer Service Delivery department in Kungälv and contribute to continued development and strong results.
About the job
As the Manager for Customer Service Delivery, you are responsible for coaching and developing a team of 5–7 employees. The team are the first people our customers meet and play a central role in creating a professional and welcoming customer experience.
You lead and distribute the daily work in the business and drive improvement work to create efficient working methods, high customer satisfaction, increased upselling, and profitability.
In the role, you are responsible for planning, staffing, and follow-up, and ensure that goals, routines, and processes are followed.
The position also involves being part of the facility's local management group.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who have:
3-5 years of experience in a leadership position
Experience with planning and scheduling
Basic technical competence regarding vehicles
Experience from service operations or other customer-facing activities with work at a high pace
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Category B driver's license for manual transmission
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience with Lean and 5S
Additional language skills
Higher driver's license category
