Noblaskolan consists of 18 preschools and primary schools working under the motto that students who are challenged achieve more. Through a combination of clear structures, high expectations, high-quality teaching, as well as security and study environment, students are given the best conditions for a good school career. Noblaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's primary schools.
Workplace Description
Noblaskolan Hemdal is a school with strong engagement, a warm atmosphere, and a clear focus on students. At our school, development is at the center – we set high demands on both students and staff, while supporting and challenging each other to reach as far as possible.
We work based on our common concept, "Noblakoden" (The Nbla Code), which permeates the entire operation. This means we combine high academic ambitions with structured teaching, where we clearly guide learning by setting requirements, providing support, and creating challenges for each student. Our common approach regarding expectations, teaching structure, security, and well-being creates a stable foundation for both good academic results and a positive work environment.
Currently, all Nbla schools are participating in a joint development project focused on teaching quality, in collaboration with a school researcher. As a teacher with us, you become part of a larger context, with opportunities for collegial cooperation and experience sharing with teachers at other Nbla schools.
The school is located in a quiet and nature-friendly environment in what was formerly Folkets Park in Hemdal, with good transport connections. Part of the operations takes place in the renovated Dansrotundan, whose unique environment creates inspiring conditions for creativity and innovation.
Noblaskolan Hemdal is an independent primary school from preschool class to grade 9, with an integrated after-school center (fritidshem). The operations are divided into two buildings: Rotundahuset for grades F–5 and Hemdalshuset for grades 6–9.
