Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct dance education in groups and individually as needed.
• Adapt teaching to the students' age, level, and prerequisites.
• Create inspiring, joyful, and safe lessons.
• Be responsible for and participate in performances, exhibitions, and projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Cultural School as well as with schools, youth clubs, and associations.
• Contribute to the development of the Cultural School's dance activities.
• Participate in joint meetings, planning, and further education.
• Working hours are primarily during the day, but evening work may occur.

Qualifications and Merits

• Relevant education as a dance teacher or equivalent experience.
• Pedagogical ability and a positive approach towards children and young people.
• Engaged, creative, and confident in your leadership role.
• Enjoy working both independently and in teams.
• Wish to contribute to the development of the Cultural School's activities.
• Meritorious: Experience with multiple dance styles and/or stage activities.

Employment Type

Permanent position. The position is vacant subject to no redundancy, need for reassignment, or precedence existing within the municipality. Probationary employment may be applied.
