Job Description

As a student employee with us, you will learn all aspects of both the recruitment process and the delivery phase. We work with direct recruitment, temporary staffing, and staffing assignments for both white-collar and blue-collar workers, meaning the role is broad and varied.

We work at a sometimes fast pace, where self-drive, business focus, and a desire to create results are appreciated. This role is perfect for you who like taking responsibility, prioritizing smartly, and contributing to both the team's and the business's development.

Typical tasks include creating job ads, phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks, and other HR-related matters. Once you are up to speed, you will have learned to manage multiple projects in parallel. To thrive in this, we believe you are a flexible, resilient, and structured person.

We are looking for you who want to work part-time alongside your studies, with an expectation of working approximately 2–3 days per week as needed. The assignment may also extend over the summer period.

Qualifications

Who are you?

• A service expert with natural business drive and an understanding of the value of good customer relationships.
• A structured and efficient person who appreciates having fun at work.
• Proactive and self-motivated; you see what needs to be done and drive the work forward.
• Skilled communicator in both speech and writing.
• An excellent driver holding a valid Category B driver's license.

Furthermore, we believe that you are studying at a university/college within areas such as PA, HR, Service Management, or another relevant academic field. We also believe you have a strong interest in people and enjoy varied work.
