Then we hope you will apply for the position at Björkåkra Preschool in Åseda. As a preschool teacher, you have a unique opportunity to influence and contribute to children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher and together with other educators want to develop our preschool. Your belief that children are competent is reflected in your approach in everyday life. You have knowledge and ideas on how to realize the goals of the curriculum together with your colleagues. You have a strong drive to keep the development of the pedagogical environment alive. In your professional role, you are engaged and professional with good ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively. Your ability to collaborate is good, and you are accommodating in your treatment of children, guardians, and colleagues. You enjoy leading and motivating others in a positive way, and you share your experiences and knowledge. We would like you to have experience of AAC (TAKK/AKK) and focus on children's language development.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.

Continuous recruitment will take place.
