About the role

As a Service Desk Agent, you will become a central part of the team ensuring that users within our client's operations receive fast and efficient support. You will handle a variety of cases, from technical issues to orders, contributing to a smooth IT environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle a wide spectrum of cases concerning healthcare systems, IT, and telephony. You will assist users from various parts of our client's organization, including doctors and cultural workers, with everything from error reports to access management.

  • Handle error reports, orders, and user support.
  • Solve problems related to healthcare systems, IT, and telephony.
  • Communicate actively with customers via phone.
  • Document cases in the case management system.
  • Access management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Service Desk and support technicians.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10.
  • Has knowledge of Azure AD.
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Has knowledge of case management systems.
  • Is experienced in working with the phone as a communication tool.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in a similar role, such as Service Desk or IT support.
