The Digitalization Unit of the Social Services Department is responsible for digital administration and serves as a support for digital development within the operations. Here, system administrators, system managers, and IT administrators work together to develop and manage the digital support for the operations.
Our work encompasses several different functions, making the tasks varied and developmental. Collaboration, service, and development are a natural part of our daily routine, and we work closely with the operations to create efficient and user-friendly working methods.
We are also facing several exciting and important areas of development ahead, including the introduction and development of county-wide operational systems. This will place high demands on collaboration, development, and future working methods where system administration plays a central role.
The focus of the position will primarily be on the operational area of Individual and Family Care (IFO).

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a System Administrator, you work close to the operations and act as the link between the operations and our digital system support. You work with the administration, improvement, and development of the systems that support the operations' processes within Individual and Family Care.
The role includes among other things:
- Administer, develop, and quality-assure operational systems
- Provide user support and work with troubleshooting
- Document and plan system-related activities
- Train and support users in the systems
- Participate in development and improvement work based on the PM3 model regarding systems, processes, and routines
- Contribute to the development of future county-wide operational systems and digital working methods
You will be part of a team with system administrators, system managers, and IT administrators where you together are responsible for supporting the operations in, among other things, Treserva, Medvind, Alfa eCare, and other operational systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- A relevant higher education degree for the role, e.g., in IT, systems science, social work, health and care, or work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience in system administration or operation-oriented IT.
- Knowledge of operational systems such as Treserva, Medvind, Alfa eCare, or similar systems.
- Experience in support, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Ability to work with second-line support and complex system cases.
- Good understanding of operational processes within social services and/or municipal care and assistance.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience of:
- Work within Individual and Family Care (IFO).
- Change management and digital development.
- Public operations.
- Collaboration regarding larger common system solutions and introductions.
