Are you a technician who enjoys working closely with the business and wants to develop further within networking and modern client management? Then this might be the right opportunity for you.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in onsite support or technical user support who wants to take on a more network-focused role in a modern IT environment.

About the role

In this role, you will work practically with networking, troubleshooting, and technical support in daily operations. You will become an important part of ensuring stable and well-functioning IT environments while supporting the business when needed.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshooting and administration of switches and networks

  • Handling network-related incidents and changes

  • Working on stability, improvements, and operation of network environments

  • Onsite support and technical assistance to users

  • Work with modern client platforms and endpoint management

  • Administration and troubleshooting in Microsoft Intune

We are looking for someone who has
  • Approximately 3–4 years of experience in onsite support or a similar technical role

  • Practical experience with networking, switches, and troubleshooting

  • Experience with modern client environments and endpoint management

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune

  • A structured and solution-oriented approach to work

  • A strong interest in networking and technical development
